The warranty period is valid for 12 months. The warranty service is effective within this period, in case when the buyer has not violated warranty conditions:
1. Do not open the case of the article and repair it by yourself or with help of anybody else.
2. Avoid falling, sharp shocks, exposing near strong magnetic fields and chemical agents.
3. Avoid exposing the article near extremes temperature.
4. Protect the article from ingress of water, dust and dirt.
5. Do not check water impermeable of devices that are water resistant.

Describe details of watches malfunction, enclose them in original packing in a full complete set and send them on the address of our shop.
After the receiving of your parcel we have to check out if the damage is causing by the factory.
In case of malfunction by the factory fault - the manufacturer guarantees the repair within 1-2 weeks. The repair period depends on the complexity of defect.
In case of malfunction impossible to correct in our guarantee workshop, we shall send you new watch.
You can return unwanted goods under our returns policy.
Item purchased online at molnija.ru must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your goods
Keep the following guidelines in mind:
• Watches with a value of $150 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method and must also be insured.
• Watches that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. All watches must be returned in new, unworn condition, and will undergo quality checks.
• All product packaging materials - including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, and any other materials in the original shipment - must be returned with your merchandise.
We will refund the price paid for unwanted items but delivery charges, or any duties and taxes will not be refunded.
